The origins of GolfVisions trace back to 1989 with the establishment of a golf management company called GreenVisions, Inc. Cofounded by Tim Miles, Sr., GreenVisions soon emerged as the leading golf management, construction and consulting firm in the Midwest. Under Miles' leadership, GreenVisions grew steadily and by 1995 boasted a portfolio of 10 leased/managed facilities.

In March 1995, GreenVisions' portfolio was purchased by Crown Golf Properties. During its six-year history, GreenVisions had also provided construction and/or grow-in services for 17 new or renovated courses. At Crown, Miles leveraged this experience to build its construction division into a $25-million/year business.

In 1998, with Crown turning its attention to acquisitions, Miles and several associates left to form a new management and construction company. In homage to the excellence that was GreenVisions, the new entity was named "GolfVisions." Soon, GolfVisions' focus shifted to operations and consulting. GolfVisions' strengths are exceptional and include its seasoned leadership, most notably Miles' 35+ years of experience in all facets of the golf industry, but encompassing the entire team of experienced, dedicated professionals. GolfVisions' leadership is steeped in a thorough understanding of today's operating environment and applies realistic management practices to create a best-in-class experience at every GolfVisions facility. GolfVisions' goal is simple: ensuring each leased or operated facility is an aesthetic and financial success.
